Choice Hotels a ripoff

I got ripped off at the Rodeway Inn at Niagara Falls Ontario. Choice Hotels allowed me to book the hotel on their web site and wouldn't stand behind the shady character behind the desk who overcharged me and then when I complained he threw me out of the hotel. Don't ever stay there as the accomodations suck and the staff rates among the most unfriendly.
