Spirit Airlines

I was very disappointed flying spirit Airlines. I took a flight to Santo Domingo, Dominican Repuclic for a vacation and when I arrived my luggage was still in Florida (the layover). They said it would be in the next morning, so I stayed in a holtel around the airport. When I went back to the airport the next day, it still wasn't there and was told it would be that night. I kept calling the airlines back twice a day and was constantly told it would be in the next day. My luggage did not arrive til 4 days later. Then when my 7 day vacation was over, I flew back to Chicago but 1 of my luggage cases was again left in florida (the layover). It was also the worst customer service I received since it seemed like everybody I talked to just wanted to did not care how fast the custoemr actually recieved their luggage after the mistake they made.
