This company makes you put down your credit card to order fireplace purchases. Then they send someone to your home to quote the instalation. If you the unit you purchased can't be installed or costs too much guess what, you are hit with a 25% restocking fee. Not a small price whne the units cost nearly $3,000 each. Not to mention it took 3 months to get a quote, then they told us they couldn't install one of the units becuase our chimney was too long for the direct vent instalation. Management was rude it has taken us 11 months to get the store management and finally the owner today on the phone. We are getting ripped off and don't let it happen to you.
