i am complaining about a doctor within my practice! My own doctor was off on holiday, so i had to take my son to see another doctor. My 2yr old son had been ill for two weeks, so the doctor prescribed him with Amoxicillan (penicillan). My son took an ellergic reaction, so i took him back the next day, luckily i saw my own doctor, when i explained that i had been in the previous day, it turns out that the doctor who we saw the day before hadn't wrote into my sons file about seeing him or that he had prescribed him with medicine! I am furious! If my son was to have went to the doctor and was prescribed it again, it could be really serious!
