I paid mortgage protection insurance for 4 years. (Premiums total over £576). I Was made redundant, was out of work for 3 months, now back at work and still waiting for my insurance company to pay out. All they are obliged to pay is £169 and they are dragging their feet to pay that! Not even half of 1 months mortgage!
