After spending 25 minutes to get someone to answer then they did not know the answer and I spent another 10 minutes again only to be told that it is my phone and not there system. I have a amplified hearing aid phone and the modium will make it feed back and such. Them and Quest both argued with me and then Quest sent out someone and it was the line not my phone so know it is that way on Bresnan and they are not the most polite when you tell them that for they all seem to be god and know better. If they are so long in answering the phone then they need more operators of less coustomers. I will not be one of there coustomers after tomorrow. thanks
