GMAC MORTGAGE COMPANY SUCKS

GMAC Mortgge Corporation SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have been unable to straigten out a silly billing mistake for FOUR months and counting. They took two months of my payments and applied it to one month and sends me ranting letters asking for my missed payment along with illegible billing statements every day practically and cannot seem to tell me what my monthly payment and interest rate actually is. Not to mention there customer service staff are dumb and dumbmer each time I call. They should be Investigated for billing malpractice!!!!! I mean HOW CAN THEY JUSTIFY POSTING TWO PAYMENTS FOR ONE MONTH AND TELLING ME I OWE THEM AND CHARGING ME LATE FEES? Anyone out there STAY AWAY FROM GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION
