Do not give any business to Alterations Express in Folsom, CA. She is located in the Broadstone Marketplace on E. Bidwell. The owner Debby Burchett is RUDE. She said two or three rude remarks to my friend and I. She overcharges and does not explain her charges either. I would never recommend her to anyone.
