had my hair chemically straightened by a very expensive salon in Sutton Coldfield Birmingham. Wasn't told it would make my once silky shiny hair into straw. Cost me £110. Am gutted. have given it 3 weeks of deep conditioning it to no avail, looks horrible, embarrassing. Going back tommorow to complain. Advice girls...don't do it...
