I recently went to se a Dr. Geddes, in beaverton, oregon. He spent maybe 2 minutes with me tops, I never seemed to have his full atention, I gave him a claim form to fill out, he shoved it back in my face , telling me to fill it out, even though it clearly said to be filled out by the Dr. Unfortunatly, I dont think this is isolated, it seems like most G.P.'s operate this way.
