There's never been a case of incest producing a mutated or retarded baby unless it's caused by outside causes or bad genetics (for example, if there's a chance of dwarfism, it doubles). If there was no consent, it's actually voyeurism and is illegal. Not to mention it's not really much for blackmail. If you're a woman, guys will enjoy it more than hate. I dont understand blackmail.
