Zafira spare wheel theft

Vauxhall refuse to help when hundreads of peoples spare wheels are stolen off their Zafira, even when they fit extra security bolts. . . . poor customer service from the start. they cant be bothered to even listen because they have heard it all before ! ! ! ! ! !
