Not Receiving Order

I purchased 2 different orders from Caribbean Christmas Dark moist soaked Rum Fruit Cake. This order was billed to my checking account for $163.45 on June 14, 2006, Account Receipt # 4606-8088-7905-7202 and was never delivered and one order was on August 17, 2006 in the amount of $58.45, Account Receipt #4660-4304-2948-9695 and never delivered. How can I receive my cakes. This was billed to my checking account and money was received by the company. Anyway taken out of my bank account. Please send my cakes or refund my money back to me.
