
YVES ROCHER SUCKS!!

The service at Yves Rocher has become so bad, I will never place another order with them. I urge anyone to think twice about ordering from them again, even though their service used to be quite good, NOT any more! You will experience many headaches and frustrations dealing with their 'customer service'... their products are good, but what good is that, when you don't even get all that you order, or maybe you get nothing as well as no explanation!!!

Completely/ totally agree. I also ordered from them, the products were missed. No explanation. After sending them email 3 times, one out of them was bitchy and she pissed me off.

I agree!!! I placed an order 2 months ago, and never received it. I emailed customer service 3 times, and never got a response. I called customer service then, and the first representative hung up on me because she was so stupid she couldn't figure out how to use the phone. The second representative assured me there were no issues and I would have my order within 10 business days. 15 business days passed and I didn't receive it, so I called back. This final representative told me I had to pay by cash or money order because they had a history of other customers not paying in my area so they wouldn't shop if you paid with a credit card. After a lengthy conversation where she didn't answer any of my questions, she told me there was nothing she could do but cancel my order. How ridiculous!
