Why when I order an item from a catalogue, and it is faulty, do I have to speak to hundreds of people in numerous departments, none of which talk to eachother, and wait two months, just to get a replacement that is of satisfactory quality? Is it me, or is this over - complicated? It isnt this difficult in a high street retailer, so why am I treated differently just because they cant see me?
