I have a boyfriend, a close relationship with my sister, fairly good ones with my brothers, and many "close" friends. I feel the symptoms of paranoia and sociopathy coming on, and though i love them, I feel immensely alone. I want to kill myself. The only selflessness within me is that I can't do that to everyone, and lets face it anyways.... maybe even if I feel little relation to another human maybe someday I could have a family and make it go away.... but meanwhile.. I continue to isolate within my crazy thoughts and appear unphased, stuck in the loop of anger fits, self harm, PTSD nd BPD symptoms, and diagnosis of chronic depression, adhd, and add. Maybe someday my crushing impulses will get the best of me and I'll be in the grave 60 years earlier. I don't know at this point in my life if I'll die in a week or 50 years.

People read about all of your problems and all they can think about sex. All of your problems are in your head and drugs will never solve the problem they can only remove the real you and that is not right. Find the problem and fix it. All of those drugs are what is going to kill you in the end. Life is hard, what you do with it is the easy thing. The amount of control you have is only as much as the control you give yourself.

No one here can help you, I am sorry to say. And it sounds like you are over-diagnosed by a system that wants to put you in a box. My advice is to find purpose in your life and focus on that. The best way to work on yourself is to work on making the world a better place.
