Ever tired moving and taking your Yahoo Broadband with you? Don't bother, the agents lie, leave you on hold when they say they won't, cut you off and are don right stupid. After ordering my new BB 3 yes 3 times and going through complete hell they finally told me I couldn't have bb without a BT phone line - despite the fact that I had for 3 years and no one had told me otherwise - in fact they were happy to keep billing me. They wasted hours of my life and I hate them for all their lies and time on hold!!
