rent refund

I have turned in this complaint before and got no response. I am angry that no one will help. I am due a refund of $625. from a rent deposit. I have repeatedly called Landmark Equity and have gotten the run around. I have sent them registared, return receipt letters and I get no response. I have pictures of this place before my daughter moved in and a copy of the list of items that should have been fixed; the main item was the electricity in the kitchen which was never done, only promised. I have paid this rent and the deposit for my daughter for the 3 months she lived there and I want my money back. Someone please contact me.
