Man, I swear I am in the biggest pickle at work. My boss walks up to me and says there is going to some major lay offs, and he needs me to do him a favor to stay on board and receive a promotion and raise, so... Awesome, right? Wrong... The "favor" is to fire the down syndrome guy I work with and am currently good friends with. Like, this guy isn't just a work buddy you say "Hi" & "Bye" to... This guy is one of my best friends... I've worked with him for 5 years now and this guy is my buddy. Like, we chill after work. We hang out play video games, eat pizza, Get high and get completely wasted & pick up on women in the bars... It's so unfair if you ask me, so I think I'm gonna tell him the truth and walk out together. Hell I know the economy is bad, and I mean bad, but shit man... I am not losing my best buddy for a pay raise.... Well I don't know.... The raise would be nice, and it comes with a retirement plan/401K and two weeks paid vacation every six months... So, Fuck man! What should I do??? :/

Well I agree with Others, though morally Its Not the right thing to do but because You are trapped between a rock and a hard place with No way out keep Your job get the raise then You might be able to help Your Friend but Its a part of the Illuminati babylon system to crush People and the Illuminat exceed because People will Not fight them.

You should keep your job. You will regret quitting. Your buddy should know that it's not your call to fire him. You are just the messenger and he may take the news better from you. There's no point in you both being jobless and struggling. You can also help your friend look for a new job and give him a rave letter of recommendation.

I say take the raise but tell your friend ahead of time. It's a hard situation to be in but should both of you lose your jobs in this economy???? I really don't think so.
