working conditions

I have been going to college for about two years now. How come when there is a job for what i am being trained for in the work force, no one will hire me? To get better experience in the job you have to work at learning what the possition is for. You have to get the experience, by learning the experience. Right. How are you supposed to learn how they want it done, if they don't want to hire you for that possition? It just makes me so mad sometimes. I have experience in preparing foods, so i got a job in the hospital in my town, because i have work experience. I wanted to get away from this type of business. I am going to college for Business Administration Management. I suppose i can grow with that in this department, in time.
