Wilmington Finance has unprofessional attitude and Loan Officers. I requested a loan with this company to finance a home. I gave the loan officer every possible information including personal financial distress and he assured me that AIG would be able to take care of the loan. I spent money on an appraisal on the property and he sent me the interest rates still assuring me I could get the loan. I then was surprised to hear after spending the #300.00 for the appraisel that he in no way could do the loan till after a couple of more months of financial information had passed. I waited and he then said again no problem and that the appraisel would still be good. He then assured me he could get me a good rate and then back out again a second time after sending him tons of paperwork. Wilimington Finance should be avoided at all costs. They are incompitent and unprofessional. I woudl never do business with them or AIG ever again. Neither should you.
