He did it again. We had a little arguement and he twisted my arm and threw me across the floor. I hit the chair and now my back hurts, my knees and elbow are red and sore from falling and my heart is shattered again and I can't stop crying. He said sorry and said he did it because I spoke to him like shit. That's no excuse.
