Everything happens in God's timing. You will get pregnant if and when you are supposed to. Ask Him to relieve your anxiety and to give him the strength to await the fulfillment of his plans. And don't ever, ever blame yourself for not being able to get pregnant. All the extra anxiety won't help you. Settle down, be patient, and understand that you can't possibly see the entire "big picture" that God can see.

because god is not real. he was made up by fearful men. you need to take the practical route and ask your doctor the REALISTIC things you can do i.e. healthy diet, vitamins, exercise, good mind frame, fertility drugs, ivf etc.
