It's no secret that men are attracted to the physical. That's not the ONLY thing, but we're designed that way more so than women. But what physical aspects attract men vary from person to person. For myself, I've been with both ends of the spectrum; with girls who weigh maybe 100lbs at most to girls who weigh closer to 300. I've been with super skinny girls and they're just skin and bone. It's no fun. My personal favorite is in the 140-160lbs range, simply because, if proportional, they're around my size (I'm not very tall, about 5'8").
