I purchased a Whirlpool washer 1 year ago - I have had trouble with this machine from the beginning and Whilpool has refused to replace it. The machine shreds clothing and Whirlpool has called me a liar, quizzed me on how I do laundry [I have been doing laundry for 40 years] told me I cannot use bleach in the machine, told me I need to put anew floor under the machine [the floor is new and is tile] told me the machine was too tight in the cabinet[I took a circular saw and cut off the counter] and has told me there is logic to my complaint. I have a defective product for which I paid good money and Whirlpool has told me to 'go scratch'....customer service and honesty are a thing of the distant past. Whirlpool refuses to step up to the plate and do the right thing - they simply don't care.
