Company did not paid my worked days

I've got laid off for some mortgage company that hired knowing that I don't have work permition. I worked for 2 weekes she fired me for no reason and did not pay me. I keep calling her and all she says that she sent the check by mail and is going to make 3 weeks. Legal or illegal I would like do report her and have my money that I worked for.
