whats with foot feitshes?

Ok i know ive said something about this before but this is getting weird. I was at the mall the other day and sat down on a bench and slipped my shoes off. this guy i swear to you, kept on staring at my feet , I mean his eyes were locked on to them. So i kinda teased him a little by wiggling my toes and i saw him bite his lip i laughed so hard anyway i was just wondering what the big deal is about my feet
