What's so Wrong?

I'm a 16 year old male and I'm bisexual. I'm no different from anyone else, aside from the fact that I FUCKING HATE HOMOPHOBIC PEOPLE! They're so uneducated about everything. My football teammates are all afraid to shower with me after practice, as if I'm going to rape them or something. Then the other kids people in my school. I only came out last school year, and I've been treated differently and judged ever since. Aside from a few good friends, I've got no one to talk about this with. Even my parents hated me for it. I don't live with my family anymore, I live with my friends family. It's just, WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME BEING ME? It just makes me so mad. My rant is done... I hope.

I know those feels, man - I'm 19 and bi as well. I've had it pretty easy so far, as my girlfriend and most of my closest friends were fine with it (more than a few were LGBTQ themselves), but there always seem to be some people who can't get over it. I've been worried about coming out to my family for exactly the reason you described - though I may not live with them anymore (I'm in college now), I'm not yet financially independent, and I don't know what I'd do if they cut me off. Like others have said, there's absolutely nothing wrong with you, it's other people who are seriously f***ed up. There are tons of resources online to turn to in terms of support group; if nothing else, join a facebook group of people from other places (guessing your town/city isn't very friendly to us folks).

Sorry I do not have any support information to share with you, However when I go to Austin Texas there is a free paper called the "Green Sheet" and it has a lot of info on alternate life styles, may be this will help. By the way Austin 6th street is where the clubs and parties all seem to happen, if you ever get out that way. Austin is very open about all life styles.

Come on fuck off, just because he likes guys too doesn't mean you need to call him a fag. And yes, a lot of people are afraid/dislike people that are different from most others. Similar to concept of a smart kid surrounded by jocks, smart kid is gonna get it bad. But be confident in who you are, seriously not meaning to be cliche. But yeah, you're fine, just everybody doesn't have the same brain.
