a nursery worker told me something in confidence. she told me one of the little boys of 4 years old was crying and holding his pants so she thought he needed to go to the toilet. They were told by his parents to strictly not toilet the boy as he was only there for three hours a day. He was in such distress she took him to the toilet and when she took his pants down she noticed a hard plastic tube like balloon around his willy and a tube that pulled it down to his thigh. That's what was hurting the boy. She called for her supervisor and the doctor was immediately called in. Apparently, the parents were into porno flicks and they had this thing on their boys willy so it would stretch it so he will have a big willy when he is older. She said the parents acted as it were nothing but the authorities took the boy away and the parents passed go and went directly to jail. I hope they get banged up for a long time. The man should have an apparatis pit on this dick and stretched down to his ankles and the mother should be shot. It's grotesque. What is this world coming too?

People like that are the reason there needs to be a parenting license introduced. That's one of the most disturbing things I've ever heard.
