websites that dont respond

Hi all. I recently joined a dating agency and paid a £15 fee too. My details of membership etc were sent straight to me plus emails concerning payment. However the site wont accept my membership number so I cant access my account. No-one has replied to any emails and I think its disgusting. I rang Netbanx to get money back but they can do nothing. Me fuming!
