I joined this web investigator to pull up some back ground checks on a now steop parent of my grandchilden, I have custody of, and the website does not work properly. I contacted the website to reimburse my subscription to this website; that I was still unsuccessful in attempting to pull up anything I was needing through this website. They have failed to contact me back, or reimburse my 39.95 fee. Once I get into something' that I would attempt to research it prompts me to enroll into another subscription.
