Why is it that Dermatologists NEVER mention alternative medicine as a means to treat acne? I have been battling with acne since middle school and I am almost THIRTY. I brought to my dermatologist some dietary herbal supplements that I purchased online because the herbs were working unlike everything else that was recommended to me through the doctor's office. She told me to stop taking them and recommended the usual antibiotics and Retin-A Micro combination (which CLEARLY doesn't work for me). It is a corporation where all that is seen is DOLLAR signs not actually helping my cause.
