In this enlightened internet age, I would like to know why Burrtec Waste Management Services fail to get online billing up and running for the cities it serves. It is forced upon multiple thousands as the only Inland Empire waste disposal service. Other utilities have offered on line bill payment for years, even local cable companies, yet, Burrtec fails miserably to provide even a very limited on line access to billing and payment soloutions. If they cannot manage this, why are they the only game in town?
