my broadband stopped working 20th May, after complaining to them via there website they concluded it was BT's fault - they reported it to BT on 2nd July - now my phone wont work either! its been off for 10 days now BT's fault reporting procedure is automated i've emailed them numerous times and phoned - its still not working and they cant even be bothered to ring me back on my mobile
