Warranty complaint

I recently purchased a used 2004 Tundra with 20439 miles and a Toyota certified used vehicle warranty for $29,900 from Coos Bay Toyota. I was told the certification required a 160 point quality assurance inspection of the vehicle to pass a minimum standard for mechanical quality and physical appearance. Shortly after leaving the lot I discovered damage to the vehicle that I felt should have been discovered by Toyota according to their literature on Certified Used Vehicle inspections and warranty. After showing the discovered damage to the salesman, sales manager, and then the Certified Used Vehicle manager and 90 minutes I was told 'That (the damage) is just the way it is, we will not repair it.' I would like to start with a vehicle I can have pride in owning and want to keep as close to new condition. Without a local authorized Toyota service center to provide conveinant maintenance the warranty will be void.
