Wal Mart 'Rocks in the Box'

I bought a 12v drill at Wal Mart last weekend to use in a home project. As it turned out the package had been previously returned .. Wal Mart Customer Service did not inspect the box APPARENTLY.. because when I opened the box to begin my project IT HAD THREE BIG ROCKS IN IT INSTEAD OF A DRILL !!! I had to make a special trip back to Wal Mart to exchange .. the only two other drills in stock were obviously returns (taped closed) so I bought a modes with less power but one with see through packaging. All of this a big waste of my time because of the poor customer service at Wal Mart !!
