The State of West Virgina has allowed Prosecution Misconduct in it's court rooms for some years. There are no Constitutional Rights, the Bsr will excuse the complaint filed against the Posecuting Attorney but the Center for Public Inergity finds there actions against the law and will site them. One man serving time for having the same name as someone else, but uses there crimianl history against them in court and the prosecutions knows it. A Couple of men who had 25 D&A test come back negitive and still gave them life. Murder Trials that last for 3 hours, some 2-4 days. My Brother's trial the Jury was reading books, doing crossword puzzles, and one was even asleep. The people in the court room were shocked as it took the Judge till the end of the day to ask them to please put down there reading material. Actual film footage from the news would have showed my brother was telling the truth, the Judge even seen it and over ruled it. What is our world comming to when we send men who we know are innocent to prison for life. A Proecuting Attorney's win is more important than a mans life!! I can only think of those who sit behind a prison wall, who have family and friends who loves them and one persons ego has ruined there life forever!! Who should really be be hind bars?
