I must work with my showroom door wide open in all weather,s too hot in summer cold in summer same rest of the year wages are below minimum but our nation wide company use our commission to make up the differance kind of them .Our glossy adds dont show staff being told dont ever close the door or eat at your desk read newspapers dont dont dont all negitive but we must meet and greet and sell our products its been 12 years for me and i hate change so what should i do.?
