what the heck is wronge with my company? i've been reading consumer complaints (not only here), and almost all the customers are right. i am asshamed to work here. growing pains perhaps? have you seen how many new stores they have been opening? with plans for more... alot more!! they can't even staff the ones they have now. the managment can't fire people for being lazy, the hard working people either assimilate to laziness or (like me ) start looking elsewhere. the customer service lacks b/c of turn over and a sense of 'why bother' no one else does. one manager does one thing ... and another manager does another ... most employees have no idea what to do b/c of mixed messages. they have theier prioities out of order. if the lines are long .... stop stocking and get your butt on a register!!! The sooner the lines are gone the more ease you will have stocking!!! duhh... get the people out the door with thier stuff and you will have more room to stock instead of stocking around people!!! the upper managment keep cutting hours b/c the money isn't being made. duhh... remember 'the field of dreams' if you build it they will come??? If you staff us .... they will buy!!!! if you staff us... we will clean... if we clean... the isles will be clear... if the isles are clear ... the carts can go down them... if the carts can go down them... customers will go down them... if the customers go down them they will put stuff in thier cart... if they put stuff in thier cart... they will buy stuff... if they buy stuff... you will have your money!!!! simple, simple, simple!!!!! i have tried to do some searching for an e-mail or something to tell these people what i think but i can't find what i'm looking for. from what i've seen from the b.b.b. why bother? they very rarely address a consumer complaint... so why would i expect different? i'd just get labled a 'trouble maker' and have my hours cut ... (for wanting to make a difference) so this is why i'll be looking for a new job. yes i'v been a manager at other establishments... can you tell? i had high hopes of being management at ross when i got hired... now i want to run... it's not worth it. the pay is not good at any level... unless you are one of those lazy people who can't be fired. this is no way to run a company... tisk tisk tisk. shame on you all. get it together or your going to implode... like a super nova.
