Wacko EBAY Vendors!

ebay seller named serendipities_place (Yuma, AZ) falsely lists a software item as new and unused, which I stupidly bid on, won and promptly paid for. Turns out it was opened, and wasn't what it was represented to be (Turbo Tax 2006!). Vendor admitted to opening the software, and realized that it wasn't for 2006 but 2005. Thought we'd worked it out, and I posted positive feedback. Came back after a two month vacation to find this individual of questionable integrity posted NEGATIVE feedback when SHE was the one who falsely listed the d***ed thing! So, ANYONE DEALING WITH THIS *** WATCH OUT!!
