I would like to point out the mishaps of W E Black Ltd, a propoerty developer that proudly advocates on it's advertising material 'Designed with Thought' and 'Built with Care'. I recently purchased a flat from them with over 100 things wrong in the flat. It was agreed that a snagging list would be sent to them and they would gladly rectify. However, the biggest problem I have is a window they have fixed 'Upside down' and refuse to accept their error on it!!! This is a note to anyone thinking of buying from W E Black - think a hundred times before doing so; and if you do decide to go ahead, make sure you get in writing, exactly what they will/will not do prior to signing the papers!
