Bought a Razr phone from Verizon and bought software and cable from Motorola to be able to download multimedia pictures from phone to pc and wouldnot work. Went back to Motorola website to find this 'IMPORTANT NOTE: This downloadable software is fully supported for Cingular and T-Mobile customers. However, portions of this software's functionality have been disabled for Verizon or Nextel customers, so Motorola Phone Tools will not work fully with phones using those carriers. If you are a Verizon customer, all multimedia and internet connection features in this software will be disabled due to carrier request. Please contact your service provider for further information.' Upon calling Verizon, have to text message for each picture to your email to get pictures off phone at $.25 per message. Or buy 250 messages a month at $5 per month. What a rip-off when maunfacturer has the ability to hook up to PC but Verizon blocks this!!!!!!
