Cavern Crystals Lies

I paid for a selection of crystals from this website back in July. I was informed that shipping took 3-5 days and that if an item was not available they would e-mail me to let me know. Several weeks later I chased them up via e-mail. No response. Two days later received all but two items. I have e-mailed this company five times now and have not received a single response or apology. I have informed them I will be letting as many people know about there dreadful customer service as possible. I have also tried phoning the number given on their website - every time I phone this goes straight through to a fax machine. Please please do not buy anything from this site. They still owe me £30 of goods.
