
Verizon phone billing

Verizon has been adding charges to my phone for services and time used, data charges and such to the point that I have been on the phone every month for the last 6 months asking for corrections and credit. One month it was over $1,300.00. They told me that I had to pay it 1st because it could take up to 3 billing cycles to correct and my phone would be shut off for non-paymentin the mean while! I just foumd out that they have a serious software problem that they're trying to correct. SOOOO everyone should ask Verizon to audit their bills for the last year or so....you'll be surprized what comes up I bet.
