Lacosse Refund Policy

A pair of £45 LACOSSE 'sports' shoes sold to my 12 year old son (& husband)in the BRAEHEAD branch didnt fit, we took them back and were only offered credit note or gift voucher. The insole was ill fitting and uncomfortable. They didnt care, 'it wasnt the shoes fault!' Apparently the store management have no authority to give a refund. The shoes have never been worn, were bought the day before and are still in new condition, except for the glue that had badly stuck down the plastic 'bits'! Quotes 'as a small company they cant give refunds because somebody changes there mind!' My dyslexic husband couldnt read the sign 'he should have asked', a larger size in 4 designs wasnt available '6 is a popular size' I will only shop in established companies and presumed that LACOSSE was one of them,. I've found them unhelpful, very unprofessional and unethical. Be warned! ONLY FOR CHAVS WITH TOO MUCH MONEY!!
