verizon DIS-service

I was promised verizon would transfer my DSL service to my home May 13,to my new home in Baltimore City. We call almost everyday and everyday we are transferred from one department to another and back again. For 14 years our phone bills have been paid. Mr.Paolillo,Sales Supr.said we were not customers, demanded a credit card #,then hung up on tech support & myself after being given number-stating you already have DSL! still waiting!!!!
