T-MOBILE COMPANY;I.E., DAYTON MALL OHIO, CORPORATE OFFICE, IS ONE OF THE WORST BUSINESSES I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I NEEDED A REPLACEMENT CELLULAR TELEPHONE, AND THE ONLY WAY TO GET ONE IS TO SIGN (ANOTHER) A TWO YEAR CONTRACT. INITIALLY, I WAS OBLIGATED TO A ONE YEAR CONTRACT. I DETEST T-MOBILE; IT HAS TERRIBLE RECEPTION; MY TELEPHONE IS ALWAYS PROBLEMATIC. ALSO, FROM THE BEGINNING OF MY ONE YEAR CONTRACT I BECAME VERY DISENCHANTED WITH T-MOBILE. CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSES TO PROVIDE AN ADDRESS TO VOICE ONE'S CONCERNS. THE CUSTOMER IS FORCED TO FAX CORRESPONDENCE, AGAIN, AN UNEXPECTED EXPENSE. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT T-MOBILE, OTHER THAN I REALLY HATE T-MOBILE, EVEN MORESO, SINCE HAVING TO SIGN A TWO YEAR CONTRACT WITH A SUBPAR TELEPHONE COMPANY. THE TELEPHONE GIVEN/PROVIDED IS NO GOOD. IT GOES OUT ON YOU CONSTANTLY. ONE CAN BARELY HEAR THE HIGHEST AVAILABLE SELECTED RINGTONE. I'M SO FED UP WITH THIS COMPANY, BUT CURRENTLY, I'M LOCKED INTO THIS TWO YEAR CONTRACT.
