Useless tile company

I am extremely perturbed by a preston tile company. I bought tiles and adhesive and grout from said company. A week later I received a delivery of tiles but nothing else. After contacting them I waited another week to receive the adhesive but the wrong coloured grout and no sealant. I was told the grout would be delivered the next day. The next day arrived and no grout or sealant. I telephoned and was told someone would get back to me. Nobody did. The following day I spoke to the manager who said someone would deliver the goods after the end of the working day. Great! Well maybe not since nobody arrived. Today I am going to give them a piece of my mind again. I refuse to go down to the premises and collect because I was assured it would be DELIVERED. We'll see how it evolves
