USAUKFashions has refused to contact a customer to resolve a delivery issue. I've emailed numerous times, requesting to speak to them, to ensure delivery, and ANN refuses to talk to me, claiming 'we do not have time to deal with customers who expect personal attention'. She goes on to say 'We do not have time to answer the phone or get into a long debate or to be told how awful we are'. ANN chose to refund my item, without discussion...the item is a Halloween costume that there is no time left to repurchase elsewhere. Here are her latest comments: 'You know what? I tried. The supplier told me it would be in this order this week too, but it wasn't. I do not have one, I am not going to get one. And that means you aren't either.' This last email was time stamped less than one hour after she sent me this message regarding the availability of my item: 'Our delivery arrived today, and unfortunately the outfit you ordered was not in the shipment. We are very sorry, but due to circumstances beyond our control, it is arriving later this week'. I am curious ANN, if you didn't have time to talk to me, how did you have time to talk to the manufacturer in less than an hour? If the item is scheduled to arrive, how did it get out of the box??
