I recently booked a vacation through Hotels Corp (Westgate Vacations.com) is what they are promoting. Anyway I was looking for a hotel and they sent me to the Golden Spike HOtel in Las Vegas, NV. The room was so bad I would not even put my feet on the floor so I never took off my shoes. You have to pay for your remote for the tv. It was horrible. To top matters off they could not put me in another motel, so I ended up finding one on my own and leaving. Talking with Stephanie at Hotels corp, complaint department, she told me they would refund some of my money but that has yet to happen. I am not so mad about the money, just the fact that they are promoting this hotel. It is scary. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH HOTEL CORP. WHAT A RIP OFF.
